Credit Cards are not charged until order items are shipped. In the event we are unable to ship your order complete, for any reason, your credit card will only be charged for the merchandise shipped.
Debit and Bank Check Cards may be charged immediately upon receipt of the order.
After you review and submit your order it cannot be canceled or changed. We process orders as quickly as possible to provide timely delivery of your order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order that does not match these criteria.

While on a secure page (such as our order form which is hosted in a secure data facility), the lock icon on the bottom of web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to unlocked, or open, when you are just "surfing."
