Shipments & Returns


We ship from within 1 to 3 days after receipt of payment. We ship via USPS for most shipments using First Class mail for shipments under 1 lb and Priority Mail for over 1 lb.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Please note: We sometimes ship from multiple warehouse locations and your order may be shipped to you in more than one package.

Shipping promotional details: "Buy $50.00 or more worth of merchandise and receive free standard shipping."

  • The $50.00 amount is calculated on the merchandise total only and does not include taxes or other charges.
  • All discounts are taken off merchandise total before free shipping is calculated. Only orders with $50.00 merchandise total after discounts will receive free standard shipping.
  • The free shipping offer will not apply to any order where cancellations reduce the merchandise total to less than $50.00. reserves the right to charge all applicable shipping and handling charges on such orders.
  • Any order with merchandise valued less than $50.00 will be charged a flat rate from $3.95 to $6.95 per order, depending upon weight.
  • Items cannot be added to orders after they are placed to get free standard shipping.


We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return items sold by within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

  • We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
    • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
    • Any item that is not in its original condition or has been opened, is damaged, or is missing parts.
  • All returns must be in the original packaging and include the original documentation
  • Returns must include a copy of your packing slip or a copy of your order from your online "Order History" obtained from your "My Account".
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 business days of our receiving your return. does not refund shipping and handling charges.
